I just watched “Love, Marilyn” & “Tupac Resurrection” back to back tonight and I learned so much. These two actors were truly dedicated to their work (Tupac to his music as well). Regardless of the troubles that resulted from their celebrity, they wanted to be the best at what they did.

Their documentaries were truly eye opening for me when it came to their personal lives. Both films touched on how society tends to forget that celebrities are real people with real problems. Their public personas almost overshadowed their humanity and in my opinion it seemed as though people forgot to respect them as PEOPLE.
